To build up good relationships with teachers

As students,we study at school and spend most time with our teachers．Most of us love teachers,just love our parents．But some students can’t understand teachers．They think it’s bad of teachers to give them homework,it’s awful of teachers to criticize their mistakes,it’s bored of teachers to say a lot to change their mind．That’s why they are fed up with teachers,so much as hate teachers．And some of them even quarrel with teachers,a few of them even run away from the school．

    In fact,our school is a warm garden,students are like flowers,teachers are like gardeners．Every day,gardeners take good care of the flowers,and the flowers enjoy the bright sunshine and grow up healthily and happily．Teachers are also like candles and silkworms．To help us a lot,they try their best．It will make teachers moved no matter what we give them for return．If we succeed in the future,they will get the sweetest happiness．And as we know,love me,love my dogs．If we love a teacher,we will put more interests in her lesson,so we can make rapid progress．

    So it’s necessary for students to get on well with teachers．

    But what can we do to build up good relationships with teachers？It’s not difficult．First of all,we should hold teachers in respect．When we meet them,we should greet them by saying ‘Hello’with a smile．When they hear that,they will be very glad．Then we should pay respects to teachers’work．They need our support．They will be very happy to see that we study hard and try our best to succeed,as their work is to teach us well．Also sometimes they make some mistakes such as criticizing one student mistakenly．But every man has his faults,nothing is perfect．Just like we make some mistakes sometimes and we don’t want to be laughed at ,they will be very *** to see that we carp at them．We should correct their mistakes with pure-heartedness instead．It’s the best to pardon the teacher who has criticized you mistakenly．We should try to talk with teachers to know each other better,as to communicate is a bridge to understand others．

    For not only teachers but also students,it’s important to improve the relationships．To build up democracy-evenness-harmony relationships in the school,our school will be more and more beautiful．
