Don't party on an empty stomach不空着肚子去派对
We always eat faster and more when we are hungry. Therefore, eat a wholesome breakfast and lunch to avoid overeating at the party.

Size matters 注意食量
Don't feel guilty about treating yourself to a nice drink, dessert, chocolate or sweets, but watch your portions. Go for smaller portions. This way you can sample all the different goodies on offer.

Instead of beer and cider, try dry wine, Bloody Marys or spirits mixed with diet mixer. Alcohol has a surprisingly high number of calories, which tend to be stored around the abdomen. Avoid a beer-belly, by watching what you drink.
